I did it! I did it! I ran Americas toughest 10k! I completed the race in 1 hour and 20 minutes! My usual time is 55 minutes. It was extremely hilly. Those of you that have been to my home know my house is on a hill. Well compared to the race that I just ran...I live on a level lot. I even got my nephew Al to walk the race. He did great! I was so proud of him. Go Al! I am now on to complete a half marathon in October. I will have my training progress posted soon:-) Silver Comet Half Marathon here I come...
